CHARLESTOWN, Nevis -- Despite persistent showers, loyal horse racing fans showed up at the Indian Castle race track in Nevis on Sunday. It wasn’t the biggest of crowds by a long shot but they were just as vociferous. Rain or not rain, the show went on.
