Dear Sir:

Some time ago I saw a letter that was written by Horace Williams, which was titled “Allan Palmer’s pitiful obsession with Gonsalves.” Horace Williams is a Vincentian national who resides in Florida, who writes letters on this forum under the pen name of Simon Anderson, and is responsible for writing a lot of lies, and other nastiness about a verity of people on this forum, especially opponents of Ralph E. Gonsalves the currant and sitting prime minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines.

Some how Simon is of the opinion that opponents of Ralph Gonsalves hate the man however I my case I do not deal with hate for hate is a consuming fire, what I will say is, I dislike Gonsalves’ management skills, attitudes and public behaviours, which in no way bring credit to St Vincent and the Grenadines and its people.

As is my custom as of late, I read the topic and the opening paragraph which introduces the letter, after which I open the letter and scrolled to the bottom of the document to see who the author was before I make a decision to invest my time to read what was expressed within.

Unfortunately for my ability to appropriately reply to the letter I do not read anything that was written by Simon Anderson and this letter was no exception. This is so for the simple reason I will not poison my intellect with the lack of content, defilement and lie that saturates of Horace Williams writing.

However I will attempt to reply to this letter from the letter’s caption which in my opinion engulfed the content of the letter, which try to suggest that I has an obsession with Gonsalves.

I will like to clarify that I do not have an obsession with Ralph Gonsalves, but like a few people I has a concern for the protection of my country and a passion for preservation of the dignity of my people; the people of country of my birth: St Vincentian and the Grenadines. And as a champion of truth, justice and honesty, I am force to butt head with the prime minister who is an opponent of these common and cherish values.

I know my strength and resilience are puzzling to people with the mentality of Horace Williams and they are trying to understand why I am not phased, detoured or troubled by Ralph Gonsalves arrogance, his bullying and sabotaging tactics; strategies he employs to force everyone into silence and dormancy by instilling fear in them.

It is no doubt and the evidence is there to prove that Ralph Gonsalves is a big bully, but there are a simple fact that everyone should know about bullies and that is, they are coward and very insecure and it is through bullying (inflicting fear or creating insecurities in others) that they get momentary relief from their insecurities and their cowardice. If a bully is given free rein, like a junkie their addiction will only get worst, become less intolerable and will cause greater suffering.

Unfortunately, people like Horace Williams, who are too coward to stand up to the bully that is Ralph E. Gonsalves, they think that by befriending and lending support to the bully’s exploitation of the weak will grant them protection. It is important that know, no one is safe from a bully that is left unchecked.

If the bully things (realistically or otherwise) that the person is a threat to them in some way, that person or people are going to be on the receiving end of that bully, for a bully loyalty is none-existence. We have had the example of Stanly John, Ken Boyea both men who were bullied out of the party in a low, distasteful, undemocratic and demeaning way by Ralph Gonsalves, apparently they got in the way of his lifelong ambition to be prime minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines.

The Director of Public Prosecution (DP) Colin Williams, Commissioner of Police Keith Miller who are bullied into breaking the laws of the land and conveniently denying the citizen their rights to due process; the female police officer the Vincentian Canadian human rights lawyer who were bullied and allegedly had their bodies sexually violated and then had their right of due process taken away from them, and the host of others who were bullied by Mr the Prime Minister Ralph E Gonsalves in various ways.

I will end with a modification to the comment I post to the letter I am replying to. Ralph is a leader of a country and he just keeps messing up, doing foolishness and getting involved in un-prime ministerial things. He need to have a vigilant eye kept on him or he will behave even worst than he currently is. You all are lucky that I am here to keep Ralph E Gonsalves in check or he would have been spitting on the people of St Vincent and the Grenadines including Horace Williams.

I am Ralph Gonsalves’ conscience and it is my self appointed responsibility to keep the man in check. It do not matter what he try to do to me I will am not go away until he reform his way of thinking and behaviour. And even if I go away one of my children is going to pick up where I left of. Horace Williams everyone knows you have a compulsive obsession with the leader of the opposition The Hon. Arnhim Eustace but the Hon. Eustace is twice the man Ralph Gonsalves is.

I will end here and now in parting I say may the love, peace, grace, mercies and bountiful blessing of the Almighty God Yahweh be with you all.

Just imagine this same Allan Palmer wrote a letter on this very forum on June 3 2011 entitled "Who is Simon Anderson."

There Allan Palmer declared that he knew me personally.

1) Palmer referred to me as Simon Anderson, and claimed that both of us were Police Officers together in the Bermuda Police Force. THIS IS NOT TRUE.

2) Actually, Palmer not only swore that my name was Simon Anderson whom he knew so well, but he also declared that he knew I was born in Dickson Village, Georgetown.THIS IS NOT TRUE.

3) Palmer said that he knew me as Simon Anderson, and that I was a School Teacher and later a Police Officer in St Vincent. THIS IS NOT TRUE.

Palmer was a Police officer in SVG who eventually went to jail for attempted murder of Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves.

4) Not only did Palmer say that I was the Simon Anderson he knew so well, but Palmer pointed out that I lived in Bermuda for almost 40 years. THIS IS NOT TRUE.

5) Palmer said that he knew me well as Simon Anderson, and he was an officer under my command when I became the COMMISSIONER OF POLICE in Bermuda! THIS IS NOT TRUE.

6) Palmer went on to claim that he and I had several conversations while in Bermuda, and he knew me then as Simon Anderson. THIS IS NOT TRUE.

7) Even in my social life Palmer knew me as Simon Anderson, and commented that I married a beautiful Bermudian woman of upper-class parentage.
THIS IS NOT TRUE.

You get the picture, everything Palmer said in THAT PIECE OF CORRESPONDENCE IS A COMPLETER LIE!

SO HERE ARE THE QUESTIONS, PALMER

Should the readers believe your article dated June 3 2011, or should they believe this one above?

If the above article is true, then the one dated June 3, 2011 is a damned lie.

If the June 3 2011 article is true, then the one you wrote above is a damned lie.

So which one is it Palmer?

They both cannot be correct.

I have been said that I was really Arleen Bennett.

They said that I was PATTERSON.

Letter: Who is Simon Anderson?

Dear Sir:

He came onto the Caribbean News Now (CNN) scene covered in a black cloak of mystery and like a dark knight he wielded a blunted sword of lies, misrepresentation and negativity in defence of his buddy Ralph E. Gonsalves. He is willing to destroy the characters, integrity and good name of anyone; even the innocent and he does so in defense of Ralph E. Gonsalves’ dishonour. As he tries to persuade honest people to lie and speak about Ralph E. Gonsalves in a positive light, his only aim is to have Ralph E. Gonsalves be numbered among the decent and respectable people of the society; a category which his character, behaviour (past and present), mannerism and sense of justice and fair play automatically disqualifies him from entering.

And then I discovered who the annoying Simon Anderson is; as a result, I revealed to the entire readership of the Caribbean News Now just enough clues to make his true identity known. It is time enough I take the Simon Anderson unveiling process a step further. So I will ask and answer this question: who is Simon Anderson?

I will approach this article from three angles; first, I will give a brief history of Simon’s background, then I will go on to tell you about his activities after he left St Vincent in the seventies and, finally, I will reveal certain information as to how he operates, thus revealing some of the qualities that makes up his character. Then I will leave it up to you to decide if Simon and his opinions are worth the price of the paper his opinions are written on.

The person who calls himself Simon Anderson is a male and he hails from the small village of Dickson in Georgetown, St Vincent. After he passed the school leaving exams he found employment as a grade teacher. In those days, in order for a grade teacher to keep their job, he or she was required to enter the teachers college at the expense of the state. They were required to do so before or on attaining three years in that post and they were expected to earn the prerequisites qualification of a teacher.

Simon attended the teachers college, and because he was doing so poorly while in that institution, he abruptly left the program during his final exams; opting to sought employment with the Bermuda Police, who was on a recruiting drive around the time of Simon Anderson’s final exams.

The Bermuda Police Force then recruited Simon Anderson on the premise that, if he was a teacher and was in school trying to obtain his qualification, then he must be a bright boy. But the reality was Simon was in the process of failing his exam and becoming unemployed. So the Bermuda Police Force was instrumental in saving Simon Anderson’s hide and his pride.

Simon then went to Bermuda, where he used the half truth/myth that he left the St Vincent and the Grenadines teachers college to join the Bermuda Police Force, to manipulate his way up the ranks of that institution; on the premise he was a bright boy.

Later he got married to a very beautiful, respectable, ambitious and community oriented Bermudian lass. While this Bermudian lass was busy trying to change the lives of Bermuda’s young people in her profession and as a leader of a prestigious nongovernmental organization (NGO), Simon was also busy: he was busy dragging the respectability of his wife into the gutter with the floozies on that twenty-two square miles island.

Of the almost forty years he lived on the island of Bermuda, Simon Anderson never gotten involved in the community, he had not seen it fit to give back to the community that supported him for almost forty years and after the Bermuda Police Service refused to offer him a contract as they did others, he up and left without even wiping his mouth.

It is no doubt that Simon is obsessed with Ralph E. Gonsalves, and is willing to do and/or say anything to promote Ralph and his agenda. He does so, not because Ralph is a man of integrity, or a good man or a brilliant man with many feasible ideas which will aid in nation building, the revitalization of the economics or because he possesses any of the skills that are needed to propel St Vincent forward. He does so because (as we say in St Vincent) “Ralph spit in his mouth” (the term “he/she spit in yo mouth” is a local term that is use to describe the action of someone who is manipulated by another and are forced to do and say things against their will).

Whilst I was in Bermuda and a serving member of the Bermuda Police Service, Simon tried to use his rank, and his friendship to convince me to support or at least stop speaking the truth about Ralph E. Gonsalves, in public forums. Unfortunately for Simon and his effort, I have a mind of my own and I am not easily convinced. We all know “a man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still.”

This is the same man who never passed up the opportunity to speak badly about his bosses and he did so behind their backs and with their junior. Simon did all within his power to undermine George Jackson’s commissionership. I can clearly remember once I had occasion to defend George Jackson from some unfair criticism, when Simon learned of my actions on George’s behalf, he said to me George Jackson deserved such and if I defend him (George Jackson), I will become unpopular among the ranks.

Although Simon Anderson did not like George Jackson and spent his time pulling the rug from under him, when it was convenient for Simon, he seized the opportunity to seek out George Jackson’s blessings to replace him as Commissioner of Police of the Bermuda Police Service, which he got. But because of allegations, which were made against him, for assault, causing his victim actual bodily harm and although such allegations were covered up (the injuries which I still have pictures of) he still fell from grace with the powers that be. I can picture him now, walking around his living room in his wife-beaters (the name Americans call marinas or vest) and sliders, waiting on PM Gonsalves to call him to take up the promised appointment.

Simon Anderson is the same man who causes me to know Ralph Gonsalves was going to reward George Jackson on his retirement by appointing him into the post of Chief of Airport security in St Vincent and the Grenadines. This was to be Jackson's reward for his unlawful and oppressive action against me. As we all know I caused this information to be made public. Is there any reason why Simon in the shadow of anonymity took the opportunity to try and discredit me and tarnish my character?

Now that I give you a little taste of the man that is hiding behind the name of Simon Anderson, what do you think of him?

Allan Palmer, by his own admission, bragged that he went to jail in St Vincent for conspiracy to kill Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves.

You could see that article of his dated Jan 3 2012 entitled "An open letter to Ralph Gonsalves and his supporters." Paragraph 5.

It has been proven that Allan Palmer is a serial liar ...and not even a very good one either.

Palmer DENIES that he is obsessed with Ralph Gonsalves, but obviously, nothing could be further from the truth!

PALMER never WRITES ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE, BUT RALPH GONSALVES ...NEVER EVER!!!

Well, if Palmer does not deal with hate, and he bragged about being J A I L E D for attempted murder, then WHAT WOULD HE DO IF HE REALLY HATED SOMEONE?

Palmer, you need not to worry about Horace Williams’ claim that you said that he was born in Georgetown and more. Actually, Palmer he was the one who told us he was born Georgetown and left when he was 4 years old. Palmer, the man is a trap for himself; just allow him to tell us more.

What he would not tell the readers is about the book he wrote, his international poet nomination in Washington, DC, his attendance to Cambridge, the youngest bank manager at 26 years old, the flips and flaps between District Marketing agent and Sales Manager, the fattening of SVG’s GDP, his 4th place in Common Entrance when this examination body did not even exist, and a whole page more.

Furthermore, Palmer the man would not talk about the declining economy in 4 consecutive years, the failing education system, the exacerbating poverty, lack of leadership and economic know-how, falling infrastructure, especially, our health care system, roads and commercial buildings, victimization and bullying as mentioned by you, and more.

Additionally, we why isn’t Horace Williams talking about his brother’s decision to release those caught up in the fracas on Union Island? Why are they so bold in telling SVG, the world and the international community that they do their job how they see fit – Vincentians, I thought they were employed to run the country’s affairs according to our constitution, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and laws! I did not know until now that they do what they want!

Palmer, I could go on and on, but now everyone knows that “Simon Anderson” is Horace Williams – he told us that through the pressure that we have laid on him. He also said that he was “John”

Palmer, I say to you let the readers analyze this man and figure out who is the real liar. Palmer – Allan Palmer is your real name…….. Stop bothering with a character who cannot even write his correct name here. This alone should tell you that he is up to no good!

Donkey GONSALVES is an educated man with amazing charisma, unfortunately he is also stupid, it is possible to educate an idiot, unfortunately to a certain degree they remain idiots. 2/ Where did the US$1 million in cash come from?

3/ Where did the bundles of US$s cash come from that leading ULP and family members deposited and spent around Kingstown?.

4/ Where did the wealth come from that a member of parliament now has in the way of several houses, several cars, several women, several children?

5/ Why did Gonsalves give a Diplomatic Passport to a man called Morgan, who was not a diplomat, never worked for the government or any government owned organization?
The man was caught at London airport using that very same diplomatic passport whilst carrying a kilo of cocaine.

6/ GONSALVES has said on several occasions that he is here to finish the work of MAURICE BISHOP, well according to public records in Grenada and Maryland USA, Bishop gave instructions that people should be sent to Cuba and Russia to learn how to keep two sets of books, to cook the books to enable Bishop to commit fraud against the IMF and WORLD BANK and others.
Has Gonsalves specifically excluded this part of Bishops work?
We should all remember that days and hours after the Grenada revolution, GONSALVES was there riding in Bishops car and helping to write his speech's.

7/ Who in the ULP had a big house built by the Buccament people not far from Harmony Hall?

Ask him to copy and paste the information he had given about his book, his 4th place at the common entrance exams when this examination body did exist, his international poet nominee in washington dc, his managerial position at svbga, his bank manager s position, his real estate firm many more - too numerous to mention. Readers, figure this character who is on a paid mission in the names of slander, politics and a few change in his pockets.
