The evil of a leader is reflected not only in his actions but it is also reflected in his supporting subjects (citizens). Under Adolph Hitler, Germans became very un-empathetic and emotionless, and as a result ordinary people did all manner of evil without any sign of remorse.
In Jamaica, when the evil government ran the country, that little island saw thousands of murders each year. In Haiti during the Papa and Baby Doc era, Haitians acted mercilessly towards their own. And now in St Vincent and the Grenadines, we all can see the effects of an evil leadership of a government led by Ralph Adolph E. Gonsalves being manifested in the senseless violence that will soon paint the streets of every hamlet in St Vincent red with the blood of our children.
It was the same Ralph Adolph E. Gonsalves’ government that sued E. G Lynch and Nice radio when EG spoke of the government’s ability to listen into people’s private phone conversations, access and read their private email. If the everyday Joe, with apparatus purchased on the internet and with the right computer program can do such, do you want me to believe that the government of St Vincent and the Grenadines is unable to do so? I am saying it is easy to do and the privacy of citizens within and without St Vincent and the Grenadines is invaded on a regular basis.
This is what has transpired over the past six or so weeks. Over the summer I was on the internet searching for a camper; as a result, I exchanged telephone conversation, text messages and emails with a few people to this end. I also visited and looked at a few campers; unfortunately they were not quite what I was looking for. However, there was this particular camper that caught my attention; the inside was pristine, so much so it looked much better than most people’s homes. The camper was valued at over $20,000; however, I manage to get this vehicle for far less than its market value.
All was going well until Gonzie and his boys got in touch with the owner of the lot the camper was being stored on, while I got the vehicle into shape to go on my expedition. The front compartment of the engine was secured by a spring mounted latch; anyone had access to that part of the engine. It was then someone went into the camper and switched around the solenoid that provides electrical link to the starter and slackened the positive terminal wire on the battery.
As a result of these two events, when I was on my way to get the camper washed, there was an electrical fire in the front unsecure compartment of the camper. Although the fire was not serious, it rendered the vehicle unable to start. Thanks to Yahweh, the fire occurred in an area of New Jersey where I was allowed to store my vehicle without having to pay a storage fee as I was required to do at the other yard. Although I have since placed a locking mechanism on the camper’s front engine compartment, it is not the most reliable locking mechanism.
On that compound there is an auto mechanic’s shop and, after trying the basics to get the vehicle started, I realized my kindergarten electrical knowledge did not allow me to adequately troubleshoot and solve the problem. So I contacted the auto mechanic who worked on the compound, Ronny, who in turn introduced me to the shop manager and they agreed to take on the job.
Ronnie actually got the vehicle running again. I knew enough to know that to replace the damaged parts as they were when the fire occurred was not going to solve the problem. I brought this to Ronny’s attention and he agreed to do some more troubleshooting to find out and correct the original cause of the problem.
A week later a pea brain Vincentian from Long Wall, Kingstown, St Vincent, a young man I knew to be a thief, came onto the compound, under the guise of being friends with one of the workers. As soon as I saw him I immediately knew who he was and what was his intention; but I pretended otherwise. After his appearance, I noticed the manager stopped assigning Ronny to work on my vehicle; each time he attempted to do any work on the vehicle she would give him another assignment. Although I was angry and frustrated, I kept my cool.
On Saturday, August 30, after church I went online and spent all night Saturday, all day Sunday and all day Monday inside on the internet reading about auto electrical repairs and watching YouTube videos on the subject.
On the morning of Tuesday, September 3, I felt like an auto-electrical professional. With my acquired knowledge, new confidence and the iron steel determination I became unstoppable. To cut a long story short, I got the electrical to a manner I was satisfied; thanks to Ronny who was willing to answer any question I had.
On the evening of Monday, September 16, 2013, I got the camper to a more than satisfactory level of operation. My plan was to go back to the yard on Tuesday, settle my bill with the establishment, take my camper and head to Brooklyn, New York, thus eliminating the cost and time of daily commute to and from New Jersey. But the alleged evil agents of Gonzie’s were fast at work.
On Tuesday morning, I noticed the driver’s side door of my van was open. I checked the lock and I noticed some impression around the door lock. The thieves used an old trick of breaking into my vehicle; which is applying sudden force in the vicinity of the lock to cause the lock to pop open. I noticed my toolkit with all of my mechanical tools was missing, along with a piece of power tool I had recently purchased (still in the box). These tools saved me from spending thousands of dollars in repair and service costs I would have paid generally; had I not had them and the skills to do my own repair and servicing. I know I had to at least get back some basic tools, so I bought myself some cheap auto mechanic tools, replacing those which were stolen.
Before I began my trip to New York, I knew something was wrong with the camper, so I paid close attention to everything, I looked, I listened, I inspected and I felt the wires etc., I decided to postponed the trip to New York for Wednesday. However, on Wednesday I started the engine and discovered that someone have taken a live wire and grounded on the body of the vehicle using a screw. If I had drove that vehicle as it was there would have been another electrical fire. So I put off my trip for Thursday and I continue to inspect the vehicle.
Each day leading up to my departure the camper was sabotaged, all of which I discovered before anything serious could have happened. It was as a result of this sabotage that I was delayed in New Jersey and at the shop until Thursday, On Thursday, confident all was well, I decided to change the oil, etc., before I left for Brooklyn. I went to Auto Zone to make my purchase; after I finished servicing the vehicle, I decided to do a final pre-trip inspection. I discovered that someone had turned the lead electrical wire that is attached to the starter motor, in a position that would have made it ground out. What would have happened is, while driving, the normal spring and shock movement of the vehicle would have caused the power terminal to make contact with the ground and there would have been another electrical fire.
As soon as I completed correcting this problem, I packed up everything I had on 590 Bellville Turnpike, Kearny, New Jersey, building # 3, and I left. I traveled from New Jersey to New York without incident. Would you believe that, on Friday morning, I discovered the front engine compartment of the camper was pried opened, and the battery terminal was slackened -- another fire hazard. I also parked my camper on Friday evening; only to discover today, Saturday, September 21, 2013, upon inspection of the camper, that someone had stripped the starter motor main wire in an area where it can make connection to the chassis; if not discovered, while driving this could create another potential fire hazard.
The only thing is I could not drive two vehicles from New Jersey to New York, so I left my Ford E350 15-seat passenger van with the chief mechanic, Ronny. Unfortunately, I did not get to go for the van yesterday and the shop is closed on weekends. The question is will they create problems with my van?
My question is why does it mean so much for Gonsalves and his crew to come at me? Why are they spending so much money to get at me? Am I that important? I guess I am. I know for a fact these people are not, will not get involved in committing crimes unless the money is right. Another question I would like an answer for is where are the monies that are being spent on these ventures of hate and spite coming from? Is it drug money or taxpayers’ money that is being wasted in these ventures of spite?
