Letter: Nothing lasts forever - Gonsalves must go now!
Published on July 10, 2014 Email To Friend    Print Version

Dear Sir:

Nothing lasts forever; this saying is surely true, especially when it comes to everything human. For the simple fact, and according to the bible, man has an average lifespan of three score and ten years; when calculated this time period amount up to seventy years of living then an interaction with death causes man to stop living. This is a very short period, in the scheme of time.

Like everything else, the Ralph Gonsalves-led Unity Labour Party (ULP) administration, which has administrative control over the resources of St Vincent and the Grenadines, is at the beginning of the end of their hold and abuse of the people and resources of the country.

We all know Vincentians are extremely patient people, who have grown accustomed to lazily ignoring the misuse of the country's resources and people.

The lack of vigilance has seen the destruction of the health care system, as well as the transformation of a thriving agricultural sector which for many years grossed well over one hundred million dollars annually to one that scrapes by to make one million dollars annually.

Gonsalves wasted millions of taxpayers’ dollars to start and then abandon a cross-country road that was not of any economic value to the state; for years there was the refinancing of capital and other projects because of alleged thievery, which was called cost overrun. The payment of hundreds of thousands of taxpayers’ dollars annually to political buffoons such as Burns Bonadie, Vincent Beach, Noel Jackson and countless others, to take part in vocal political mockery on a daily basis.

He also hired other timewasters and placed them into legitimate government positions; he gave them added incentives and a daily free pass from their official duties to the state. Here we have many cases where people are paid to perform state duties and they are permitted to neglect their paid obligations to the state, but instead they are given cell phone top up (their cell phone bills were paid) to calling into radio talk shows to propagate the party’s lies, but more importantly to lie about the humanity of Ralph Gonsalves. They try to make Gonsalves out to be a dignified, intelligent, honourable man when he is just a nasty schmuck: a loser. They are on Facebook pushing a position that is far from the reality that exists in St Vincent and the Grenadines, a position that does not reflect the position of the ULP or the qualities of Gonsalves. These political buffoons are willing to take off the gloves and drench the characters of dignified honourable men in lies, performing an unrealistic trade, switching Gonsalves' dirty character with that of dignified men like:

Mr Arnhim Eustace, who has contributed handsomely to the economic development of this our Caribbean, while he was employed at the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB)

The Major, who for years even before he was promoted to the head of the St Vincent Cadet Force has been contributing to the molding of young minds, taking otherwise confused young men and women and blessing them with the discipline of a military focus. The Major took that same disciple to the administration of football. There are many other honoured people with whom they try to compare Gonsalves, which includes me: Allan did it all Palmer.

All of the above mentioned indiscretions of the ULP and more are sustained at and to the detriment of the growth of our nation and the welfare of the people, especially the poor.

Like oppressed people everywhere, the oppressed people of St Vincent and the Grenadines (90% of the population) have awaken to a sad reality of female sexploitation, poverty, poor healthcare system, and a dirty division that is facilitated and nurtured by Gonsalves. The breakdown and a hatred that is encouraged, he supports a divisiveness within the family, our institutions and the entire Vincentian community.

The people have had enough of this Willie Lynch divisiveness that is propagated by Ralph E. Gonsalves. The calypsonians have written and have sung their unflattering songs about life in St Vincent and the Grenadines. The poor have cried and cannot afford to shed any more tears, the hungry are looking for relief from the devastating pain of hunger, the frustration of the unemployed has reached its boiling point and is manifested in crimes of necessity; the sick, who with the right medical care can gain full recovery, are sent home to face death and to deal with the fear of dying all by themselves.

Interestingly, the cause and the solution to these problems are tied up in one man: Ralph E. Gonsalves. The key to bring about relief to these problems can only be found in the political dismantling of the ULP and defeat of Gonsalves at the polls

The citizens of St Vincent and the Grenadines are ready for a better way of living, for equity and fair play to once again take precedence. It is time to rebuild broken bridges, mending family relationship and reunite former friends. It is time to once again start practicing healthy values, reestablish good morals and prosecute political lawbreakers who have use their influence to evade prosecution. The people of St Vincent and the Grenadines are tired of the Gonsalves and his model of governance, therefore the people are more than ready to send Ralph Gonsalves packing.

Pknight:

@ RKnight, what more do you want me to say to Allan that will bring about a change of heart, and knock some sense into his head? Talking to Allan is like trying to convince a pig about the virtues of cleanliness, dignity, beauty, and all the good things that will make him a better animal. But to no avail. LEAVE HIM BE.

As for you, didn’t Aunty tell you not to hang around Miss Palmer’s place, and those other losers I see you hanging with? And for being an Idiot, I’m not going to pay your mortgage anymore, or send you money. Get a job! Scrounging days are over; you’re on your own from now on. Oh! And find something more productive to do in your spare time than fooling around online. I’m busting my chops here in the cold trying to keep a decent roof over you and your lazy two timing wife head, and you can’t show any respect and appreciation. Well move in with your friends on line; let’s see how far you’ll get. I disown you. You ‘aint no brother of mine. All losers. Ok, have to run now, got to meet up with the “comrade”, going fishing. You’re not invited.

CJ:

Mr. Palmer I could not ahve said it better myself it is a dying shame the way he treats his own countery men and women all for what? he really need to go it is time the Vincentions take back their Islands these leaders (as there are others like him and those that would like to be like him) keep on writing these pieces just maybe the Vincentions will go to the polls and vote him out it is really time for him and his cronies to go What is he teaching his son I shudder to think . your days are numbered Gonsalves.

CJ

RKnight:

Dear brother PK, you must be tired, why have you not laid into this man that has so much to truth to say about the comrade.

PK, the MP will not be pleased you are letting him down by not keeping up the attack with all those lies he taught you.

PK I know I keep on but the man is now getting violent to me on the phone, he called me nasty names, worse than you often call NDP people, if its possible he had more hate in his heart than you. You must get in touch with 'Ben Doon' the cruise ship steward. He has threatened to come here. But I told him it would be much better if he came there. Just give him a call, its all making aunty feel bilious, and she also keeps passing gas just like the comrade did that day when we had lunch together to discuss what lies to tell.

PKnight:

Patience Allen, Patience! Elections will be here soon. But, at present PM Ralph Gonsalves is the chosen one whether you like it or not. Support your government 'nah?

canute Patrick Campbell:

People of today must find out about the days of yesterday. You rate Ralph Gonsalves as an A 1 politician who got everything good for SVG. BUT WAIT. What about the Voluntary Immigrants who campaigned and lobbied the politicians in the Diaspora so that the people who have an earnest leaning to these neglected countries in the Caribbean that when they get into power, remember to show mercy by allowing aid to filter to these islands...... Remember Shirley Chisholm and the other Caribbean people who were active in politics in the US, Canada and the UK. Wake up my people......RALPH DID NOT DO IT ALL BY HIMSELF...ITS REALLY TIME FOR HIM TO GO. RIGHT NOW HE IS ONLY BRILLIANT FOR HIS OWN DEVICES.

Peter Binose:

PK, I hope you are not trying to hurt me again. All those years I suffered abuse from you. All that stopped when you decided that you like the cruise ship steward.

The years your wife has had to put up with your visits to the park with that damned little dog, which you described as your poof puller. How you beat her when she complained.

I have tried to protect you from the people that you and the comrade hate. I have had to support your lies all over the internet in an attempt to stop the people telling the truth about the comrade.

I even tried to stop Julian from beating you up as a child, remember how you ran crying to the man in the shop.

Remember when aunty caught you doing those things to the sheep, how she beat you all night until the sun came up again. Well I never eat mutton again, it put me off.

D. Markie Spring:

I enjoyed this piece Allan Palmer.

It is true that the resources in SVG has been mis-managed. Hitherto, from my observation many people (including ULP supporters) complaining about this issue. The airport, which I support has no leadership or management behind it.

Allan Palmer has put it quite nicely. Therefore, I have to conclude here.

By the way Allan Palmer, looks like another "Simon Anderson" is in the making.

PKnight:

PETER BINOSE YOU HAVE JUST BEEN UNMASKED. THE DILIGENT READER WILL REALIZE WHAT A FRAUD YOU ARE!

MOREOVER, YOU ARE J. KNIGHT, YOU ARE R. KNIGHT , AND “A WHOLE LOT 'AH OTHER NAMES”, LIKE SIMON ROUSE, SIMON ANDERSON ,WILLIAM EUBANKS, NIGEL CAMRON, OSWALD MINORS, RONALD BAILEY, NEIL OZZY, AND LATELY C J. I WONDER IF YOU'RE NOT VINCI VIN NOW?... ALL CREATED TO LEND APPROVAL TO YOUR FRAUDULENT SUBMISSIONS. WHAT A CHEAT! WHAT A DECIEVER! WHAT A SELFISH BEING!

REALLY, WHAT HAVE WE HERE? A DEMENTED INDIVIDUAL OR JUST A “DIRTY DAWG”?

PETER BINOSE, A REAL MAN YOU COULD NEVER BE. YOU DIRTY LITTLE DOG YOU! I REST MY CASE. Lol!

Peter Binose:

It is most obvious to myself and everyone else that you posted that in my name so as you could write just this in a further attempt to destroy me. Well it will not work. When you were using your previous false name you did exactly the same thing before.

By the way people if you haven't read the following yet, please do so now.
