Letter: LPM offers condolences to the families of the deceased in St Lucia
Published on December 28, 2013 Email To Friend    Print Version

Dear Sir:

It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we extend condolences to all the families who lost loved ones during the passage of the rainstorm on Christmas Eve.

While words alone may prove insufficient in offering an absolute measure of comfort, please rest assured that in your hour of sorrow and personal distress, we, the members of the Lucian People’s Movement (LPM), grieve with you.

As a national family united by a common history of place of birth, cultural orientation and traditions, the burden of sorrow that you carry today, during what should have been the most festive period of the year, is ours to share.

May the countenance of the Lord shine upon you and give you peace and comfort now and forevermore.

So mote it be!

Lucian People’s Movement
